They always have a smile whenever my family and I visit. Service is exceptional. My dad found his new favorite place to eat for when we are running errands and want something to fill us up. He loves the legs and the mac n' cheese.The staff is always welcoming, regardless of the time of day. Keep up the great work!
Props to my girl Jackie called about a delivery order and we asked her to make sure my hot sauce was in there sis came through and blessed. All around a 10 out of 10 food was fresh chicken was hot mashed potatoes and gravy were banging give this girl a raise!!!

I went to the KFC in North Utica tonight. The dine in was closed & there was a long line for take out! The woman at the window was multi tasking better than I've ever seen- taking orders, filling soda orders, bringing take out to cars outside (if there was a wait for an order) , & delivering orders at the window!! Her name was Janelle & she was VERY pleasant, didn't appear flustered at all!!! She deserves a huge THANK YOU for the GREAT job she is doing!!!!
As far as fast food goes, I really like this location. It is always clean and the employees have always been very friendly. My orders are always hot and ready in a reasonable time. Once they forgot my coleslaw when I went through the drive thru, but they made it right on my next visit.
This is the only KFC in the area I will eat at. Great service and they keep their oil fresh. I come often on my lunch break. Rome location needs to come take notes
Excellent food. The manager there named Jillian is just amazing. She helped me with my order and went above and beyond. Also a girl name Jessica was very polite and positive she really made my day by making sure my order was correct and made sure we were all taken care of. Thank you!
